I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Brussels) in Feb 2016
Interview
Traditional case interview, first a talk about yourself then a business case and finally the opportunity to ask questions. The interviewers are very friendly, they will put you at ease and there are no trick questions. The difficulty is in solving the business case. It is often difficult to find the right structure and to keep using the structure when faced with data and analyses to execute.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
