Applied from LinkedIn and had to take multiple online tests that had no relevance to my role. The questions were on logical reasoning, math, general knowledge etc. It strongly appeared that Bairesdev was wasting time on both sides. Just when I thought things couldn't get more illogical, the second round popped up with questions from other domains I didn't have a clue on. The HR explained the questions were selected based on the applied position. Things got weirder and weirder until it stopped with the HR not responding to my follow up emails. That's so HR! I guess a CEO would also write the same tests. Talk about being ridiculous.
