My interview for the Remote IT Support position at BairesDev was conducted via Zoom. There was a brief delay in the start due to a technical audio issue on my end, for which I apologize. The entire interview was held in English.
The interviewer thoughtfully inquired about my past experiences and my aspirations for future roles or areas of work, then provided a clear overview of the opportunity and how BairesDev supports its collaborators. Throughout our conversation, the interviewer was exceptionally kind and professional, providing ample space for my input and ensuring all my questions were addressed at the end. Overall, it was a very positive and insightful experience.
