The interview process was conducted via phone and consisted of normal situational questions looking for ways my previous experience would allow me to succeed in the position. The recruiter was extremely friendly and the process felt completely professional then entire time. I received quick feedback after the interview and went straight to the salary negotiations.

There is a multiple step interview that starts with peers on the first round then leads up to speaking with the C suite on the formal interview. All based on situational questions.

Fairly straightforward and organized. I spoke with the recruiter first and then moved to the next round with an interview with the hiring manager. Everyone was professional and as expected

I had one virtual interview with camera off. I felt like that was pretty strange. After a few weeks received an offer, I should have immediately thought red flag. I accepted the offer and as soon as I started I realized I made a mistake.
