I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Culver City, CA) in May 2013
Interview
I interviewed in the Culver City office and the initial interview went really well. The branch manager gave a presentation on the company, how it is structured, and the potential growth available to all new agents. Everyone at the presentation was then given a personality test to fill out, which he explained to me later was to (if he hires the person) set them up with an experienced agent in the office as a mentor. He then talked to each person one on one for twenty minutes or so about the position.

Question 1
I didn't feel like any of the questions were too out of the norm, pretty standard for anyone who is prepared for an interview.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
