I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
You are invited to a career briefing without much more information than that. If you attend it will be an overview of the company, why you were invited, and what to expect with roughly 15 others. After, you are asked to stick around to fill out a few personality evaluations and to briefly meet one on one with a manager.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
