3 separate and long panel interviews Questions were non related and boring They talked about themselves and could not care about asking me any real questions or having a real dialog. Job turns out totally different than. What the job description stated. More work and less pay and title with description nothing like what waspromised.
Tedious and dragged out. Very disjointed process and at times frustrated due to long turnaround times. Follow ups at times we’re not made, applicant had to do the extra to find out if they were a potential candidate and sometimes a straight answer wasn’t given due to fear of missing out on a candidate- literally left you hanging

The interview process was good. It’s a panel style interview therefore it’s important to understand the positions responsibilities and be prepared to answer difficult questions. My interview was via zoom so fortunately it was a very seamless experience.

It is a Zoom Meeting Panel for three + management leaders that will take turns asking you questions. The interview is usually 30 minutes and they will advise their departments HR person who the candidate will be.
