Recruiter screen via teams which was interesting to me usually I've had these by phone and it did make me think is to screen out particular candidates who look a certain way.
Emailed at very late times (kinda tells you a bit about the company culture)
The interview process does sound excessive (5 stages)

Interview
multiple stages. Initially with recruiter, then evaluation test, an interview with the hiring manager and then a longer case study. Straighforward process however job requirements were different than the ones advertised in the job posting.
4 rounds, including a relevant case study and peer to peer chat. Not too lengthy but challenges with visa sponsorship. Overall a decent process. Partner round at the end as well for cultural fit.
