I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bass Pro Shops (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Situational questions, took a personality test. How do feel if someone got fired because the boss asked you to fire them, but you felt like they shouldnt be fired and hid them from your boss.
Pre-screen interview over the phone, in-person interview, and a final teams meeting call with HR. I had a good experience during each phase and enjoyed our candid conversations. Questions were about company culture, experience and situational.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to have a difficult conversation with a co-worker.
Easy process. The entire interview wasn't very hard. The other manager seemed a little too relaxed. The restaurant was not busy at all. There was little to no staff there, and the one's that were there, were on their phones. Not very professional.
