Interview
Short 10 minute interview conducted by department manager. Very relaxed and easy-going process. Almost felt like I was talking to a friend. Only had one interview and then went back for a drug test. Overall, the process was pretty quick.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bass Pro Shops in Jun 2020
Interview
I was emailed about 2 weeks after applying to schedule an interview. I met with the team lead, and she asked me a couple of basic interview questions then described to me what the job was like. I then met with a manager about a week later for a second "interview" that was actually just her going more in depth with the job responsibilities and reviewing my availability. It wasn't really an interview, just meeting with the manager.
