    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bates White Economic Consulting.

    Interview

The interview process was as expected. They asked general behavior questions and then went through a case interview. The case interview started more general asking about economic concepts that applied to the issue and then got more quantitative.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bates White Economic Consulting in March 2017.

    Interview

Phone interview consisting of a case and behavioral questions. The case was similar to a management consulting case -- they asked something along the lines of what if X company were to enter this space. Behavioral questions were pretty standard (what are your interests, etc.). Didn't get past first round, the next round would have been a super day.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bates White Economic Consulting.

    Interview

Applied online and heard back about a phone interview. That was about an hour long and was divided between a case and behavioral questions. Second round was on-site at D.C. and consisted of four behavioral interviews and two case interviews. Everyone was really nice and you get to meet people from a variety of practice areas throughout the day. The behavioral interviews felt more like conversations rather standard question and response which definitely allows you to get a good feel for the company and the people who work there.
