Bewerbertage finden in der Regel freitags statt. Vormittags kurze Präsentation plus 2 Interviews mit Beratern für Praktikanten, davon eines mit Case. Für Festeinstiege geht es nachmittags mit zwei Gesprächen weiter.
The interview questions were very technical. The interviewers were very professional, friendly, and, respectful. The questions were directly based on my resume. I had three sets of interviews in 4 weeks

Entrevistas simples, nenhuma competência técnica testada, apenas fit cultural. No geral como a empresa têm uma cultura boa as perguntas eram bem conduzida sem ter pressão desnecessária. As perguntas foram sobre "minha história", "Porque eu quero a Bayer", "Onde me vejo daqui alguns anos" ... A Dinâmica de grupo foi conduzida em inglês mas o nível era bem básico.
2 rounds with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions focused on things listed on your resume but also be aware of techniques mentioned in the JD. I heard back from them after 2 weeks and they gave me 3 days to decide if I wanted to take the offer.
