Bealls Merchant Trainee Program interview questions

We were told to arrive at 8:00 am to start the interviewing. We took a tour of the building then started the interviews. We interviewed with another candidate in the room (which was extremely strange) and one to two interviewers. There were four of these interviews. We ate lunch and met with the HR Rep and then moved to a group problem solving project. The day was done around 4:00 pm. The were taking a total of 10 people I believe for the spring and winter programs. There were about four internal candidates interviewing and maybe six of us that were not internal. The candidate I interviewed "against" was internal and knew most of the people interviewing us. Overall, the process took approximately 3 weeks. I heard back in a week in a half after interviewing that I did not get the job.
