I submitted resume first. HR manager contacted me. I had phone call interview, Assignment, peer interview by using Zoom, last interview with General Manager. If you want to have an interview, you have to pass the assignment. Difficulty of assignment is not that difficult.

Very long interview process with multiple rounds. Timed tasks and formal interviews with senior leadership. After making it through 3 rounds I did not get an offer which was frustrating
Applied online, heard back in 2 days and organised and initial phone screen with the recruiter in Singapore. General questions, why do you want to work for Beam. Questions were cold and clearly being read off a bit of paper, not a warm experience. Clear that they screen for salary with now guidance on what you will be earning. When I said my expected package it was Met with “that’s a lot why”
