Nach der Online-Bewerbung wurde ich zu einem Online-Assessment-Center eingeladen. Bei diesem wurden Englisch-Kenntnisse, Intelligenz, deutsche Orthographie und Planungsfähigkeiten geprüft. Nach dem erfolgreichen Bestehen erfolgte die Einladung zum Assessment-Center in Frankfurt am Main. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung seitens BearingPoint folgte eine Verhandlungsübung, die die Bewerber in Paaren durchgeführt haben. Den erfolgreichen Teilnehmern wurde noch am selben Tag ein Angebot unterbreitet.
The recruitment process comprised three structured interview stages: an initial screening with HR, a technical/role-specific discussion with the Line Manager, and a final round with HR. The interviews were conducted in a positive and conversational manner. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed, which allowed for a genuine two-way exchange and effectively showcased my qualifications and fit for the team.
