5 interviews that were very extensive for no reason. Mock phone calls and research assessments assigned by the SDR manager that took hours to complete. All of that work just to be ghosted by the recruiter. At least send a rejection email to follow up. I would not interview with this company unless they change their interview strategy. Save yourself from jumping through unnecessary hoops. Do better, Benchling!

Quite a long process of recruitment with many steps for an entry-level position. Hiring Recruiter call then Hiring Manager then a very long take home assignment (4hours min) rather simple but long, a mock call with HM and a peer then the last step with peers.
The Sales Development Representative role, as well as other positions are posted since more than a year. Is it data-gathering? I actually I suggest not to apply, in order to not loose time and energies with this company.

Long, but well done. They genuinely want to get to know you and make sure you're a good fit. There are a lot of interviews with different people over a pretty long span of time.
