Interview
Initial contact was with a recruiter at benefitfocus.I sent them my resume and cover letter via e-mail and then the recruiter got me in contact with the staffing agency. Did a brief phone interview and was asked to come into the agencies office for a second interview. Second interview was quick and easy. After they decide to bring you on, you will have to pass a background check and drug screening to complete the process.

Contacted by recruiters by email if I would be interested in the opportunity. We communicated back and forth and set up a time to meet over Zoom. After selected, directed to temp agency that manages remainder of onboarding process.
Very easy! Super friendly team. They really wanted to make sure that who they are employing are enthusiastic about the job. It was a phone call and only took about 30 minutes to discuss the details. They sent an email before the interview that answered all my questions about the position too.

Easy and Quick for Contractors who are really that much of an asset as a body count during open enrollment where call volume is crazy. Think of a restaurant during busy season or seasonal jobs during xmas.
