Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group interview questions

Spend 30 minutes on the phone with a Sr Exec from parent company and was told I would hear back the next week. Nothing. Received emails from said Exec apologizing for the process taking so long. Long story short, after a month, heard the were putting the position on hold. Advice to Management - don’t waste people’s time if you have no intention of filling the role.

I found out about the opportunity through my marketing director at VCU, Dr. Wayne Slough. Setting up a time to interview with Mandy Fesl was very easy to do. Mandy and Heather conveniently traveled to VCU so I could conduct the interview right before class. They had a room rented out on the second floor of Snead Hall which is where the interview was conducted. Their openness and smiles made for a very comfortable setting when being interviewed which really eased any nerves I may have had. I think what drew Heather and Mandy to liking me and eventually offering me a position, was not only my skill sets and accolades, but my calmness and positive mentality. I could tell they were looking for an intern that would fit into the office vibe and bring good energy. Within a week I received a call from Mandy where she offered me the position. I accepted the following day.
