Interview
The interview went pretty well. It was the Geeksquad manager and asked some basic questions about how I was handle difficult clients because they are very persuasive about that ... its clients not customers. You'll go through the Geeksquad manager and if you end up meeting another manager after that , you possibly have a really good chance on getting the job .
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
