Interview
Contacted on the phone about basic things like prior retail experience, wage expectation, and availability to interview after a day or so. Interviewed by the general manager in store, less than 15 minutes. I had prior retail and management experience, so talked a lot about problem solving and the importance of good customer service. I talked about my willingness to get A+ certification as well as my background as a computer science student. It was honestly a really fun interview.
Unorganized, akward waiting, but easy. They were very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Very personable and open to new takes on boring questions. Nice people horrible pay scale.

Interview
Very thorough, as the interviewer knew the exact technical questions to ask to ensure their employees great success. Also the interviewer was a Geeksquad Manager that knew the ins and outs of the Geeksquad, so he was a right interviewer for the job
