Very simple interview process. Came in and the two managers interviewed me one at a time going over my resume and asking behavioral questions. Got the job right after both interviews were done and was told to come in a week later for training

General retail store associate questions are given. First interview with HR over the phone. Second meeting was with any Supervisor assigned to interviewing at the time, for this position, was generally Sales Floor Supervisor.
