I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Best Buy (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2014
Interview
Very simple and straightforward 2-on-1 interview with 2 people in their demand planning department. All behavioral questions that you would expect from any other firm. Ultimately got a rejection email within a few days of the interview. Perhaps a blessing in disguise considering that other firms with more stable corporate conditions extended me offers.

Question 1
Tell me a time where you worked in a difficult environment.
It was a pretty easy process. Phone screening and then a Zoom interview where we just went over job fit and behavioral questions. Interviewers were nice and it was pretty conversational.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Best Buy (Richfield, MN)
Interview
Initial phone screening was quick and easy. A few weeks passed and then I was notified I made it to the panel stage. The panel interview was approximately 45 minutes and there were upwards of 12 questions asked. Communication was very good throughout the process. Everyone seemed to want to help.
