The interview process consisted of one interview with the general manager of the store and one interview with the department manager that you are interested in working with. They ask a pretty standard gambit of questions.

Interview
The interview went as expected for a job in retail. I was asked about past experience and what my current availability looked like. At the time, I accepted an offer and was working shortly afterwards.
Normal behavioral interview. Phone call, interview, offer. Pretty easy to get through. Went in for a tour, asked a couple questions. Everyone was pretty nice. Nothing unexpected. Could be different now though.

Very casual and normal line of questions. Depending on the role you apply for they do ask behavioural questions and some strength and weaknesses. Fairly quick process. You will be asked to meet twice and one phone call for screening
