I arrived into a conference room with a small group (5-6 people) of other applicants. After an introduction by a group leader, each person was interviewed by a team leader and then the manager. Basic interview questions, the usual: "Why did you apply to work for Best Buy?"; " Describe a moment in which.." And so on. Relaxed people and therefore process.

Interview
Easy. Know basic computer skills and you’ll get the job. Office suite, Apple and windows. Know about smart home and home automation as well as you’ll be pulled to other departments.
Fairly straightforward, expect the normal interview style question. Always show up early it displays initiative. otherwise, trust your gut and skills most store managers are looking for honest, hardworking people.
