There were three interviews. Someone from HR, the shift lead, and the big manager and they were super nice and professional. The general manager of Best buy is a great guy to work with and this job is heavy on making the requirements on getting credit cards out
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
