Interview
It was pretty quick and seamless. My recruiter was really kind and gave me some pointers when I bombed my first interview at the Owings mills store. After I was setup for the interview in the Timonium store, I went in, spoke with the then GSM, then he asked me to hold on to speek with the GM. Later that day they called me back with an offer.

Question 1
1.If there's an hr left in your working day but you have a lot of tasks to complete, what do you do?
2. If a customer drops off a device and tells you that they'd like to get the device back same day or the next day because they're travelling in the next two days, what do you do?
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
The interview process is first conducted virtually, then you are invited to an in-person interview. All in all, this is a quick process and things go quickly. Filling out thirty words.
