They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.

The manager was very nice and asked the right questions. One of the questions was how to deal with a thief. I would suggest showing your passion. There was only one round of interview since I was referred.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.
