      Regional Sales Manager Interview

      May 11, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Minneapolis, MN
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BigID (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2026

      Interview

Started out good with a recruiter. Then met the hiring director, spoke to the President of sales, CRO, then VP of sales. All great discussions even met in person for another great meeting. After they have an elaborate role play that is not realistic and provide a generic template you must spend hours filling out to present to characters. It felt unfair unrealistic and not a good determination of how a high performance rep would be successful in the real world. Great product and nice people but horrible interview experience.
