I was hired through Grafton Staffing. I scheduled an Interview and was asked about different items on my resume: strengths & weaknesses, skills, knowledge, past work experiences, etc. Then at the end, they had asked if I had any questions for them and I asked the panel what their hardest challenge(s) have been while working at Black & Veatch.

First you have to find the open position you would like to interview for. Then you must submit resume to open job req. wait for email requesting interview. teleconference interview.

Interview
The interview consisted of speaking with several professionals, usually from different disciplines, throughout the day (including lunch). Some professionals focused on providing a skills test in their discipline to see if you will be good fit, or would be willing to learn. Others to see if you are a good fit for team-focused project work.
