A few months after applying online, I was contacted through email to set up a phone interview. The first phone interview was more general, questions about myself, my interests in the company and personal hobbies. The second interview was with two engineers. They asked a bit about my experience, then gave me an over the phone exercise: design a set of test cases for some random object they gave me.

Question 1
I suppose the test design question about the random object. There wasn't anything all that hard.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blizzard Entertainment (Irvine, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied from my school career fair. Unfortunately, they didn't have game related position at that time, so they gave me a chance to interview for the test position. It first came with a phone interview. But just talking about the background info. After that, it's an on-site interview. It took around an hour. Questions are not very difficult, but they are really care about the details. So they would have many follow up questions, and actually the questions are really practical as well. I didn't do well in the process.
