Took a while to get an interview setup. The whole process is quite slow, months. The interview itself was very structured and non-technical. Was good that they let my resume speak for itself, but would be bad if I lied a ton. They did however verify previous employment, and education.

I had a student interview which was primarily non-technical. Require you to talk about your internships and basic engineering concepts. The interview was done by four employees, mostly managers or leads.

I was in a special recruiting initiative and subsequently only had 1 in-person behavioral interview. There were 5 questions that required a STAR answer. The questions involved describing a technical project and a difficulty you had with someone you worked with.
