Interviewing was easy at this point, because I was interviewed by a fellow peer who was in a Senior position, with the same background and interests as myself. The phone interview with a Boeing rep was a bit more difficult, only because it was over the phone rather than in person.

Asked me five questions. Make sure to answer according to the STAR method. It was straight forward and easy but it depends on who is interviewing. I was the only one with my camera on.

Asked about my background and interests. Told me my initial project would be to inform users we would be transitioning to a Digital Equipment Corporation Alpha computer. So users should backup their work.
