Two hour long behavioral interviews, with technical questions about my previous projects. Very intent on placing me at a location that is a good fit for what I was looking for in an internship.

Describe previous technical projects in detail. How did you overcome hurdles?
Very basic personality questions using STARR method. First interview will likely be online using a talent agency website. You will need to start the interview where you will be asked pre-recorded questions and must record your response.
I completed an online pre-screen. It took twice as long as they said it would, but the questions were fairly common, and you could submit multiple attempts of you answering the questions. There was a section with video games after that measured basic skills like mental math and spatial intelligence.
