      User Experience/UI Developer Interview

      Sep 19, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Amsterdam
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Sep 2016

      Interview

This is funny I never write a negative feedback for anybody or anything but I think now I should let other people know about what happened to me. Well, to be honest, I am still confused . I got an email that said they are interested in my resume and after some days we arranged a date to talk. The recruiter called me and we interviewed in about 40mins. By the end of the interview, she said we would get back to you probably tomorrow and let you know the rest if everything Ok but they never contact me again, neither a call nor an email!! To me, it's very strange because even if a company doesn't like proceeding the application, they would send you a polite email and says that they regret to inform about what they want to do. However, As a well-known and prestigious company like Booking.com, it is so bad that even you don't give your candidates a notification about what you are supposed to do. In my case , I was waiting for a call for at least two weeks and even when I sent an email to get an answer, I received no reply! [because I was on vacation after my interview and I was so worried that I have missed the call]. It's better to such a big company like Booking.com to refine their recruitment process and respect other people. Thanks,
