not information about the position, although the interviewer was very nice. it was a phone interview, and it was followed up by a visit to their offices in Amsterdam. I found a lot of interesting information online to prepare myself
It was detailed but rather complicated interview. Questions were generic however more case oriented. I believe the questions were more from real cases. I was asked to describe step by step my reaction and interaction with relevant teams.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, a phone screen with a senior product owner and then an in-person round in Amsterdam. The in-person interview in Amsterdam was an afternoon in the main office. I had lunch in the office cafateria with a Product Manager on the team and then headed into a discussion with the recruiter. At the end of the meeting with the recruiter I was handed a case to study for 15 min to prepare for my next interview. That interview was run by 2 Sr. POs and involved questions on the case and how I would structure a team to solve the business opportunity. The final interview was with another Sr PO and a Director. This interview was centered around my past behavior and how I manage a team.
