I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Feb 2012
Interview
Interview was the group speed dating style that other reviewers have mentioned. I had a very positive experience, both other candidates and recruiters were friendly. Three different interviewers, one on consulting skills, one on functional skills, and one on leadership skills. I thought the questions were straightforward and fair. Heard back a week later and was told that they would give me the decision in another two weeks. I received an offer the day they said they would get back to me, which I appreciated.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
