The firm brought in numerous potential employees on a given night and there was a round robin type interview session with various teams who wanted to interview you based on reviewing your resume. it was fast paced and within a few days notification was given about a job offer.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
