I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Norfolk, VA) in Dec 2012
Interview
I originally did an informational interview with one my current team members via outside networking. Months later the team got an opening so the company contacted me. I did a phone interview with 3 of the senior members of the team and was offered the job shortly after. No official face-to-face interview.

Question 1
Pretty generic interview questions for an entry level job. Asked questions like "When was a time you went above and beyond the call of duty at your previous job."
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
