I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Sep 2010
Interview
Initially screened by recruiter, then multiple interviews on the same day. Interviewers were peer level, and one senior interviewer asking multiple questions regarding skills, experience, and difficult situations. Based on my responses, I was asked follow up questions, to determine my level of understanding of the situation or the knowledge area. There was also question about my work history, and an apparent gap which was my time in grad school.
