I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Galway) in Mar 2016
Interview
The process is mainly personality based. They want to see if you're able to integrate yourself into a team, be flexible with regards to your position and shift, punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions. Interpersonal skills are a huge area of interest to them as they can teach you the technical aspects but not this. It's quite a long process to be recruited, but worth it as the experience is invaluable.

Question 1
How have you handled conflict with a co-worker previously?
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Galway) in Sep 2024
Interview
My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
I experienced multiple changes to the interview date and time—about three times in total.
