Interview
Interviews included a HR phone screen, a phone conversation with the hiring manager, and all-day in-person interviews at the company's offices in Valencia with the marketing team. One thing that made the interview process difficult was that it was only communicated to me towards the end of the process that I was interviewing for a slightly different position / product team than what I had originally applied to.

Question 1
A lot of questions around leadership and project management capabilities, as well as understanding of marketing & product management frameworks any how the candidate has applied them in past experiences.
Was asked to do one interview for multiple roles. First team very nice and I felt the interview went well but was not successful. Was then asked to do further interviews for roles in other teams but had already taken another role.

Structured with formal presentation, good experience with HR and the manager. Informative and good communication of activity and expectation. Presented with job opportunity information, job description, market information. They have their processes very defined for interviews.

Interview
The recruiter was very pleasant and the team interviews were informative. I had a total of five interviews and they were all very laid back. The communication after job acceptance is not great.
