Supervisor called on a Tuesday to set up the interview for Thursday afternoon. I entered the building on Thursday for my interview and the supervisor met me in the lobby. We walking up a flight of stairs and down a super long hallway to a conference room. There were 2 other men already sitting in the room waiting for us. We began the interview, myself on one side of the table, the 3 men on the other. Each of them took turns asking questions about myself, the job, etc.. I showed them some of my previous work in a binder I brought in for each of them as well. They asked me for some final thoughts, why they should choose me and then the supervisor walked me back down to the lobby.
