I applied through our campus e recruiting site and received a call to set up a phone interview. The recruiter never confirmed the time with me, therefore I received a call from someone in the finance department which caught me totally off guard. We rescheduled and had a typical walk me through your resume phone interview. I was brought in shortly after for on site interview. The day consisted of 5 or 6 back to back one on one interviews, all asking about team experiences. One asked about the economy, and medical industry. Received a call shortly after leaving the facilities offering me the job.
