there was a group discussion on a current topic followed by a personal behavioral interview with senior management and Human resources dept. seniors and other employees for the summer process
Needed a referral in order to have resume looked at. Once referred, a first round interview was set up with a manager. The interview was behavioral/analytical. Many questions surrounding the company and DEI.
