Braeburn Interview Questions

Incompetent interviewer- could barely form questions for interviewee to answer. Clearly has never performed an interview, but is suppose to be the director to whom ever is offered the role. Clearly has no managerial experience either. Asked no questions related to the job and could not answer any questions about the job.

The interview was laid back and the interviewer provided an in depth overview of the company and what the role entails. Was able to answer questions in great detail. It is clear they are passionate about what they do and they seemed transparent. I did not have a good experience, however, because I felt like the interviewer was talking down to me in some parts and I did not feel comfortable working in an environment like that. I did not want to move forward in the hiring process.

It was clear that the interviewers were very passionate about addiction and you could tell that they had been a part of the company for some time. It was a very comfortable experience overall.

Braeburn uses a Panel Interviews. Met with 3 different panels consisting of 2-3 people. One was with two regional directors. Another one was with Thurman resource personal. The final one was with Vice President of Sales.

My experience was great! Braeburn management team was very professional and answered all my questions! This company is very patient focused and dedicated to making this a great place to work!
