Easy, low stress. I first came in for the job fair, met the director and had a group interview with her. Then I came in for a follow up interview where I was asked more behavioral interview questions. After the interview they had me step into a classroom for about 30 mins to observe how I interact with children. They made me an offer the next day.
It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
