Interview
I had to present a lesson plan to the kids while the supervisor was there observing. They then ask the other teachers in the room about your performance. It was very easy, oftentimes they are really in need of filling up the spots so they will hire you right on the spot. The turnover rate is pretty high.
It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
