I applied using Glassdoor and an HR associate reached out to me via email within a few days to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went very well, all questions were pretty basic // cookie cutter.
My interviewer wasn't a day over 25 years old. Her inexperience was disappointing. For example, the interview not at all cohesive as she did not build off of previous questions or my answers -- her only response to my questions were "Okay great" or "That's great." Interview
Started off with a phone screening, then was invited for a zoom (online) interview where they ask you to take an assessment before. I submitted the assessment and then not even 30 minutes before the interview they canceled the zoom interview. Completely unprofessional in my mind, I have never had an experience like that before.

3 phone interviews, 1 zoom interview. make sure you know about the company because that’s all they look for. they expect you to know their pillars of business & you have to do a mock sales pitch which is rly awkward lol.
