I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Broadridge (Boston, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
I had SEVEN interviews over a period of weeks. I received two emails during this time stating I would be a great fit for the company. One SVP told me I'd be a great addition to the team. After the 7th interview, I got a short email telling me they didnt think I'd be a good fit. Made no sense and wasted a lot of my time.

Started with a call from a recruiter then video interview with a manager. Another video interview then final one with immediate supervisor. The last interview was a little more intense.

Technical questions that required you to know your stuff.
They asked basic interview questions. First, there was a quick screening interview over the phone with a recruiter, then there was another phone interview with the hiring manager. Tell me about your strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc. it was a straight forward interview.

Interview
Very straightforward but multiple rounds of interviews (3-4). Interviewer was nice and asked me about my background, all the usual questions. I would recommend to do your research on the company before the interview
