It was a relatively simple interview. Face-to-face with manager on the sales floor. They were very friendly, open to my questions. One of the questions they asked was what most interested me about working there.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (Denver, CO)
Interview
I applied in person and as soon as I finished the paperwork the manager and assistant manager took me to the office. It was really casual. We started with a chat about my retail experience, why I wanted to work there, what trends I liked/disliked, what I thought my personal style was, my favorite brands and why, any recent fashion shows I'd seen, etc. I filled out some personality quiz too.

Question 1
I went through a bag of clothing and chose which items I would buy for the store and which ones I would pass on. Then they went over each item with me and explained why they did or didn't agree with me. I wish I had been prepared to answer questions about high fashion brands, but when I got put on the spot I sort of froze and mispronounced some names, but they were nice enough to not correct me.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (Williamsburg) in Jul 2025

Short, semi-informal interview on the side of the sales floor. Had to wait for a little because it was busy. Friendly management. They ask you about your previous experience, personal style, where you shop, what you like about Buffalo, etc.
